#32529: Gnome-doc-utils can't be built in Mac OS X 10.4.11/Tiger because of missing
XML::Parser perl module

 The failure seems to be due to some failure during update all outdated
 packages. By invoking 'port -vd upgrade gnome-doc-utils' port now first
 fetches and installs perl-5.8.9.
