 Hello,

 As a longtime user of fgsl, I've decided to revise the build system of
 this package as I felt it was not flexible enough.

 Therefore, I've transitioned the whole build procedure to an autotools
 (autoconf, automake and libtool) based system.

 Combined with a new pkg-config file, I believe that this will make the
 package considerably easier to install (on more platforms) and easier to
 use.

 The original author of fgsl has been notified of my work but hasn't
 implemented them in the development repository so far.

 The portfile, by default, will use gfortran 4.4 with variants added for
 gfortran 4.5 and g95.
 Using the test framework of MacPorts, I have verified the correct
 operation of this package with these 3 compilers. (test system: macbook
 pro early 2011 running Lion and Xcode 4.2.1

 I hope this patch will be considered for introduction into MacPorts.
