 Is Mapnik directly dependent on PostgreSQL? Since PostGIS already requires
 an appropriate version of PostgreSQL depending on its variant, does this
 port have to have a dependency on it also?

 What if `postgis +postgresql90` is installed? `py26-mapnik` is going to
 force installation of `postgresql91` anyway.
