 Thanks for bump_dev_revs.sh. Probably the contrib directory would be a
 good place for us to put this. I see that you only look for dependencies
 of the form `port:portname`, but note that although they're not as common
 we also allow dependencies of the form `path:some/path:portname`,
 `bin:someprogram:portname` and `lib:somelibrary:portname`.
