 New unstable versions of libTorrent & rTorrent:

 Also added the patch from #32295 to make rtorrent-devel use llvm-gcc-4.2
 instead of clang, because rTorrent 0.9.0 still doesn't compile with clang
 (see https://github.com/rakshasa/rtorrent/issues/14).

 libTorrent 0.13.0 does compile with clang, though, so libtorrent-devel no
 longer needs the corresponding patch.
