#32696: arm-none-eabi-gdb @7.3 fails to build on Lion/Xcode 4.2

 I attempted to install arm-none-eabi-gdb on OSX with Xcode 4.2.  I got the
 same error as in [https://trac.macports.org/ticket/32161 Ticket #32161].
 The solution in that ticket, namely compiling with llvm-gcc-4.2 instead of
 clang, seems to work.  I have attached a patch file for the Portfile that
 changes the compiler from clang to llvm-gcc-4.2.
