 I would have waited 30 minutes after the change was in for the portindex
 to have been updated.

 Please run selfupdate once more, and clean on the involved ports, and then
 try installing again.

 sudo port selfupdate
 sudo port clean sdcc usrp
 }}}

 You can check that the update has reached you: `port deps usrp`. If it
 doesn't say sdcc29 then you've not received the update yet.
