 The patch allows to build evince 2.30.3 with poppler 0.16 (tested on MacOS
 X 10.5.8 i386).

 (The latest evince version 2.32.0 includes these fixes, but unlike 2.30.3
 I didn't get to launch it without crash with my setup - possibly due to
 disabling gnome-related functions in the local portfile).).
