 The attached Portfile.diff updates the relax packaging to the new 1.3.9
 release and contains a depends_lib on port:py26-wxpython to support the
 new graphic interface to relax. This can be tested with...

 relax -g

 This packaging also adds support for port test phase for the relax build.
 Note that I would have switched relax to python27 but we don't have a
 py27-wxpython at the moment.
