 OK. Why don't you contact the kMyMoney4 developers, and I'll look further
 into Attica's build scripts to see if maybe something is going wrong.  My
 initial / quick review the other day shows that ${prefix}/lib is the
 default install location of libattica, and that it's not a plugin -- but I
 was going pretty quickly & might have missed something.
