 Looks like "we" need to change the file "kdebase-
 runtime-4.6.0/attica/kdeplugin/CMakeLists.txt" from:
 {{{
 install(TARGETS attica_kde EXPORT kdelibsLibraryTargets
 ${INSTALL_TARGETS_DEFAULT_ARGS})
 }}}
 to some other install location.  I'm doing 'configure' right now to see
 what QT variables end up in the CMakeCache.txt file to see if there's one
 set for QT_PLUGINS (or the like).
