 ExtUtils::CBuilder requires IPC::Cmd.
 IPC::Cmd requires Module::Load::Conditional.
 Module::Load::Conditional 0.44 requires at least Module::CoreList 2.22.
 This is newer than the Module::CoreList that is included with Perl 5.8.
