 Oh... or maybe you have texlive-xetex installed, but it's still the old
 2009 version?

 If so, the error is caused by a change in how we install texlive binaries,
 and is harmless because fmtutil will be rerun (hopefully successfully)
 once texlive-xetex is updated.
