 installing mesa at 63184 : source:/trunk/dports/x11/mesa at 63184
 and then installing xorg-server with:
 {{{
 sudo port -n install xorg-server
 }}}
 is a winwin.

 as for the real topic of the ticket:[[BR]]
 I had the same problem.[[BR]]
 I installed the macports gcc45, and selected it with gcc_select.[[BR]]
 Then there were neither build nor destroot issues.
