 I found it in /opt/local/lib/kde4/libexec/klauncher

 sudo /opt/local/bin/kdeinit4_wrapper klauncher

 gives:

 kdeinit4_wrapper: Warning: connect(/Users/lorenzo/Library/Preferences/KDE
 /socket-mbp-i5.local/kdeinit4_) failed: : Connection refused
 Error: Can not run klauncher !
