 When uninstalling a port that includes a launchd plist (link) in
 /Library/LaunchDaemons, port will notice when the directory is empty and
 remove it.  It should not remove /Library/LaunchDaemons.

 Reproduce:
         Install a one more more ports that include a launchd plist that
 gets linked into /Library/LaunchDaemons - apache2 and postgresql90-server
 will work.
         Uninstall the port or ports.

 Expected results:
         When uninstalling the last such port, /Library/LaunchDaemons will
 not be removed

 Actual results:
         When uninstalling the last such port, /Library/LaunchDaemons is
 removed
