Comment:

 This ticket is about the request to update sqlite3 to 3.7.4. This was
 accomplished in r75036; this ticket is therefore being closed as fixed.

 The new problem building sqlite3 3.7.4 with the +universal variant is
 covered by new ticket #27939.
