 The sdcc port depends on the latest version of gputils in order to support
 PIC microcontrollers.  The SDCC port was updated to v3.0.0 without
 updating gputils to 0.3.7.  As a result, the sdcc PIC libraries fail to
 build.  This error is undetected by the sdcc port, which proceeds to
 install an incomplete sdcc suite.  This in turn breaks the openvex port
 (not yet committed), which depends on the sdcc pic18f8520 libraries.
 Simply changing the version in gputils corrects the problem.
