 Pycluster needed a version number update (to v. 1.50) and, more
 importantly, a version for python > 2.5 had not been created. The attached
 diff file will install the latest version of pycluster for python 2.6.
 Presumably it is also backwards/forwards compatible, though I have not
 tested on anything other than python 2.6
