 I had the previous version of ImageMagick installed and everything was
 working fine. Then I did a "port upgrade outdated" and I got this error
 while configuring for ImageMagick. I have tried uninstalling everything,
 moved the /usr/local/bin directory, and then reinstalled MacPorts, then
 "sudo port install ImageMagick", but still got the same error.
