 All kde4 applications have an installation problem.

 The app itself is installed in /Applications/MacPorts/KDE4/...
 but the Resources subdirectory with the apps icons in /opt/local/bin

 This leads to a no showup of the icons in the dock and Application Folder
 ...

 It seems to be a generic KDE PortGroup failure, because all KDE apps are
 affected.
