Comment:

 Has duplicate #27960 which explains this problem is with the KDE4
 PortGroup and demonstrates that the icons are installed, but in the wrong
 place, so the Finder doesn't see them.

 Regarding strassh's comment about Starfighter, yes, Starfighter simply
 does not have a custom Finder icon as installed by MacPorts. Many games
 and apps not specifically designed for Mac OS X do not. I don't consider
 that a bug. You can certainly file an enhancement request ticket,
 requesting we add an icon to Starfighter, but unless you can provide a
 suggestion of how we might accomplish that, nothing is likely to happen.
