 python_select is a required dependency of python, so I've update all the
 ./dports/lang/python?? ports to reflect this. This will make installing
 python simpler and cleaner.

 The diff is for all python ports and is missing the version, release or
 epoch update, as some python ports might want to combine with other
 changes.
