 py26-qscintilla is not building and installing.

 I have even went so far as to uninstall all of the installed ports and re-
 install. The PyQT environment as well as py26-qscintilla were working fine
 prior to a port upgrade outdated command being run. After that the system
 did not function. After the outdated command was run there was an error
 message about the installed PyQT version being at "-1" and "0" being
 required. I can not recreate this error message for the exact wording.

 Running Snow Leopard 10.6.6 with 64bit kernel and extensions.
