 The attached patch adds a port for py26-gsl, based on py25-gsl.

 I was not able to build pygsl 0.9.1, but after bumping the version to
 0.9.5 the build worked fine.  The build log for pygsl 0.9.1 is attached,
 as well as the new Portfile using pygsl 0.9.5.
