Comment:

 I updated Portfile in r75337. The update of libpng from 1.2 to 1.4 broke
 ncarg. I added a patch to replace int_p_NULL, which has been removed  with
 (int*)NULL in ${worksrcpath}/ncarg2d/src/libncarg/ezmap/mapngb.c. I added
 gcc45 variant.
