 I'm attaching a diff which brings libdmtx up to the current version
 (0.7.2).
 I have performed only a few tests of the compiled product, but it looks
 good to me.

 Also, the "patch-util-common-libdmtx.c.diff" patch seems to be no longer
 necessary.
