 As of 9.10, urxvt configure/make explicitly depends on xrender and
 fontconfig (via pkg-config) when Xft support is on (which it is in
 macports). It presumably never used to, and that is likely what caused
 #28110.

 I haven't done too much digging to determine why linking against xrender
 and fontconfig broke in the first place, but the fact that the Urxvt 9.10
 release notes mention it suggests it was an upstream issue.

 In any case, urxvt seems to build without issue after this update.
