 I'm not certain this is the only thing wrong, but you definitely have
 things in /usr/local that are interfering with the build. You should
 remove or rename /usr/local, clean the affected port, and try again.

 sudo mv /usr/local /usr/local-off
 sudo port clean help2man
 }}}
