 TortoiseHg is a program that happens to use Python. It is not a Python
 module. As such it is not appropriate to have a port named
 "py27-tortoisehg". The correct name is "tortoisehg" and that port already
 exists. As discussed in #29498, tortoisehg will switch to use python27
 when mercurial does.
