New description:

 Hello.
 I think dvdnav isn't being picked up properly by the mplayer-devel
 Portfile (nor by the mplayer Portfile).

 {{{
 $ mplayer dvdnav://

 Playing dvdnav://.
 No stream found to handle url dvdnav://
 }}}

 (even with a DVD in there).  I think the --disable-dvdnav needs to be
 removed.  That would probably fix up mplayer-devel.

 In reality, I think the [mplayer] port probably needs to "depend" on
 libdvdnav, and also not disable it, but this ticket doesn't treat to that.
