Comment:

 I updated redland-bindings to 1.0.13.1 in r80051.

 But before that I had to update redland to 1.0.13 in r80050.

 And before that I had to update rasqal to 0.9.26 in r80049.

 And before that I had to create a port for raptor2 2.0.3 in r80048.

 #27282 can remain open to handle the second part of that request (adding a
 lua variant).
