 ftp://ftp.kr.FreeBSD.org, one of ruby mirror_sites, is sometimes broken.

 * #26116, #26211(Aug, 2010)  ruby-1.8.7-p302.tar.bz2,
 ruby-1.9.1-p430.tar.bz2[[BR]]
 * #28724(Mar, 2011) ruby-1.9.2-p0.tar.bz2[[BR]]
 * NOW ruby-1.8.7-p352.tar.bz2[[BR]]


 I think this mirror site is not enough stable. I hope to remove this site
 from ruby mirror_sites.
