 Here's a temporary workaround until the maintainer fixes the Portfile.

 Add the following lines on line 63 right above the configure.args line in
 the erlang Portfile.

 configure.cc    gcc-4.2
 configure.cxx   g++-4.2
 configure.cpp   cpp-4.2
 }}}
