 The thing is that i installed raptor at 2.0.3_0 but not raptor at 1.*. So
 soprano marked RAPTOR_INCLUDE_DIR to NOTFOUND because raptor at 1.* is not
 installed but do nothing and use it because raptor at 2.0.3_0 was installed.
 I installed raptor at 1.4.21_1 but it didn't help.
