Comment:

 ugg, Tiger has it only if !_POSIX_C_SOURCE, and _POSIX_C_SOURCE is defined
 with _XOPEN_SOURCE ... lucky for us, we don't need _XOPEN_SOURCE on Tiger
 for its ucontext.h
