Comment:

 Okay, the problem seems to be that I had to remove patch 7.3.021, as it
 caused other problems, see #26792. The patch 7.3.219 fails as it assumes
 to find a line of context which was added by patch 7.3.021 - which we did
 not apply.

 Hopefully fixed in r80299 by disabling 7.3.219, too.
