 The build failure is from a correction in the AppleWM protocol which I
 didn't think would impact anyone outside of me:

 I recall now that Ken added some special code to wine to workaround a bug
 in quartz-wm which used this to query the height of the titlebar.  We can
 probably just remove this hack from wine-crossover-*
