 Attempt to install bacula +mysql4 did not build due to a failure to find
 mysql.h:

 :info:configure configure: error: Unable to find mysql.h in standard
 locations
 }}}
 Mac Mini running 10.6.8.  However, it does look like mysql4 did install
 normally.
