Comment:

 Committed in r80381 with these changes:
  * removed revision line (default of 0 is correct for a new port)
  * used gnu mirror group
  * set just distname instead of both distfiles and worksrcdir
  * added sha1 and rmd160 checksums
  * removed unnecessary and incorrect changing of configure.cc
  * made whitespace consistent
  * removed destroot.violate_mtree because this port doesn't
  * shared dist_subdir with gdb
