 srm has been updated to 1.2.11.

 I was also able to configure and compile without the patch file. I did not
 regenerate it, and I recommend removing it.

 I also removed the livecheck statements. They did not work correctly. The
 default operation for sourceforge livecheck works, and I verified that in
 debug mode (port -d livecheck srm).
