Comment:

 The file is there on both of the FTP servers listed in the portfile. Does
 your network perhaps prohibit access to FTP servers? It would be good to
 add an HTTP fetch location to this port, so that our mirror network (which
 cannot fetch from FTP servers) will mirror the file.
