 AVAILABLE_MAC_OS_X_VERSION_10_6_AND_LATER", so vnode_isrecycled() will be
 used if compiled with "-mmacosx-version-min=10.6" flag (i.e. on macports
 for 10.6). I pushed the change to "pu" branch.
