 kdelibs4 is not installing the nepomuk headers.[[BR]]
 patch-kdelibs4-kdepimlibs4.diff has kdelibs4 install nepomuk headers and
 removes "-DKDEPIM_ONLY_KLEO=ON" from kdepimlibs4.
