 The "xv-3.10a.tar.gz" tarball is currently located in

 http://distfiles.macports.org/xv

 as "http://distfiles.macports.org/xv/xv-3.10a.tar.gz", but "port" is
 looking for it in:

 http://distfiles.macports.org/xv/3.10a_1

 which is an empty directory.

 There appear to be issues with downloading the tarball from
 alternate/mirror sites, as well (see log).
