 makeicns fails to build in its current MacPorts version.

 Version 1.4.9 on BitBucket is already working fine.

 The update of makeicns port itself is going to follow very soon.
 Please stay tuned.

 Brad, something seems to be wrong with the warning message in case of an
 unknown system, since in makeicns' build log I saw something like "command
 commence before first target" (in line 49) instead of the expected warning
 message.
