 It has been 3 months since I updated this ticket for committing the
 changes. Can some please commit the current Portfile.diff and the
 replacement files attached to this ticket for pymol_shell.diff and
 setup_py.diff. Again these changes 1) correct errors in the previous
 conversion of the build to use setup.py and 2) solves this PR by properly
 supporting gcc4x variants. Thanks in advance.
