 Yes, it is rearranging things on disk. This is a one-time operation for
 users upgrading from MacPorts 1.x to 2.0.0.

 It might be a little late to think about adding a progress indicator now;
 by the time someone wrote and tested that code and we got around to
 releasing another version of MacPorts, everyone will already have gone
 through the upgrade process.
