 The ATSUI interface has been removed in Lion.  This has already been
 reported to cairo's bug tracker here:
 https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=39493

 I have applied the patch to macports as originally supplied there.  I also
 had to apply the patch from ticket #29842 in order to build successfully.
