 I don't think the failures you have are really caused by atlas, so I am
 not too much worried. Numpy failures seem to be related to borderline
 computations involving infinite and NaN, these are not caused by atlas and
 anyhow not worrisome. The scipy failure does not appear to be caused by
 atlas either, but, what is a bit strange, is that you do not get the same
 errors as faisal…
 I'll try on my own, see how it turns out, and keep you posted.
